When Task Manager opens, make sure you’re on the Processes Highlight Spotify and click End task. 
On Windows 10 or 11, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open it directly.
With the desktop app on Windows 11, open Task Manager by right-clicking the Start button and clicking Task Manger from the menu. If Spotify keeps freezing up or crashing, you might want to force quit it and restart fresh. After that, log into one device and see if it’s working now. Note that it can take up to an hour for the sign-out to take effect on the Web player. You’ll be logged out of Spotify on all your devices. Scroll down and click the Sign out everywhere.
